This is a compact and bijou property that can actually accommodate up to 4 persons thanks to the clever incorporation of a sofa bed in the main living space, this alongside the twin beds in the main bedroom (which may be used separately or together as a large double bed). The total internal floor space is just 42 square metres, about normal size for your typical 1-bed ski apartment. Decor is ultra-modern with dark wood-effect floors in the kitchen-cum-dining and TV/living room contrasting the two-tone pink and white walls, complimented by the matching dark wood kitchen cabinets as well as similar dining room table and chairs. This property is highly colour co-ordinated. The kitchenette is very compact indeed, with built in sink, small electric hob and refrigerator, so suitable for preparing light meals and snacks. The main bedroom continues the theme of the property this time with white and yellow walls, cosy carpets and contrasting drapes along with more dark wooden closets and cabinets, including free standing wardrobe and of course two bedside lockers. There are also matching headboards. The TV/living room also has dark wooden coffee table and matching TV stand, as well as a dark leather effect sofa with cloth-upholstered cushions. There is a magnificent bathroom too that is fully tiled, both floor and walls (again in two-tone pale brown and white), as well as heated towel rail and wall radiators - the epitome of luxury, just what you would expect to find in a 5-star hotel. The bathroom also has a porcelain sink and toilet and a large private shower with sliding doors. For the money presently being asked for this apartment, it represents tremendous value for money, especially as it is a wonderfully modern property in immaculate condition.
